Job Descriptions
- ส่ง order review แผนการจัดซื้อให้ supplier เพื่อแจ้งแผนกลับแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- เปิด PO ตาม PR ที่แผนกเกี่ยวข้องสั่งซื้อ ด้วยระบบ AX
- ทำเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องให้ supplier ในจีน
- อัพเดทและสื่อสาร แผนการส่งสินค้า กับแผนก supply chain
- แจ้งสถานะสินค้าให้ทางโรงงาน
- จัดทำเอกสารการสั่งจ่ายเงินให้ supplier
- ประสานงานด้านอื่นๆ เช่น ปัญหาคุณภาพ, ปัญหาเครื่องจักร, ตัวอย่างสินค้า ฯลฯ
- ทำงานจันทร์ - เสาร์ เวลา 9:00 - 18:00 น.
Qualifications
- อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี ไม่จำกัดเพศ
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ป.ตรี ขึ้นไป
- มีผลเทส HSK 5 ขึ้นไป
- มีทักษะด้านการสื่อสาร เจรจา
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้คล่อง
