Job Descriptions
- Engage in effective communication with both internal teams and external
- Organizing meetings with 'MIL' and coordinating follow-up actions
- Working with customers to fulfill their requirements on time
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on quality issues
- Understand quality processes and quality labs
- Define quality objectives, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process performance and effectiveness.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar
- Proficient in Microsoft Office for report creation, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge about FACA and production control
- Skilled in English & Chinese
