Job DescriptionsDevelop and revise regulation and work procedure for Company Administration for manager approval
Pursue and manage the administrative work according to regulations and work procedures. It includes the following work
- Attenance data procss and its related report
- Procurement of office supplies
- Handling of confidential information, data management in sharefolder and management of IT equipment
- Administrative work related to Labour Law or PDPA regulation
Plan, secure the budget for and implement the activity to improve the work environment and internal communciation
- NSET activity (i.e. CSR / Year end party / 5 S)
- Improvement of office facilities and equipment
Communicate the basic concept of compensation, welfare and benefit with employees and review them according to the rule
- Explain the basic concept and the adjustment policy for welfare and benefit
- Review the company welfare and benefit acording to the rule for approval
- Gather the staff's feedback and reflect to the sustainable system
Give advices and feedback to a Manager in labour law, PDPA or other HR and Admin work
Supervise and manage HR & Admin members to complete their own task
Handle a special assignment instructed by Manager or MD.
Qualifications - Bachelor degree in human resource & business administration or related field.
- Experience in role of HR & Admin at least 8-10 years, epecially C & B funtion & Administrative task
- English communication skill (speaking and writing) is required.
- Microsoft Office (Outlook/Word/Excel) , IT and Internet knowledge.
