Job DescriptionsMain Purpose of Job
Provide facilities support to production and other departments; Plan and implement improvement and expansion projects when needed
Key Duties & Responsibilities
• Oversee and monitor operation of utility and machine systems e.g. Chillers&HVAC, CDA, Dust Collector, BAS, etc.
• Plan and implement preventive maintenance and calibration of facility and water treatment systems ; supervise those works done by the sub-contactors
• Monitor and report utility usage; identify continuous improvement opportunities of reducing utility cost and report or support energy saving information to energy management team including improvement project
• Lead and perform emergency system or equipment breakdown troubleshooting and ensure minimum production downtime
• Job request work for project and production improvement
• Monitor and Control equipment master list of utility systems
• Execute and supervise production or utility expansion or modification projects
• Plan and provide support to the factory setup during the construction phase. Work with the construction & commissioning team closely to ensure that the timely removal and installation of the equipment and systems
• Plan and maintain for the safety control work flow(OHSAS)
• Support and follow up ISO 9001&13485
• Support production and other department requestion
• Oversee the utility systems during the factory setup
• Provide training or technical support to subordinators or to other department staffs
• Good collaborator with other department for support utility data, e.g. Room environment monitoring, utility plan when system shutdown , etc. Including coordinate to prepare maintenance plan during long holiday or any day to minimum production downtime
• Keep data history of utility machine and equipment for analysis to preventive / corrective and develop the utility system in long term
