Job Descriptions

•develops, implements, reviews, and evaluates •operational policies, procedures, and reporting system •monitor and improve operational effectiveness. •Develops, implements, reviews, and evaluates the effective preventive maintenance program to minimize machine downtime. •Evaluates and recommends the selection of machine design or modification of existing machines to best fit plant operations. •Leads and guides the team to ensure that all maintenance activities including daily jobs, monthly maintenance shutdown and yearly maintenance shutdown plans are accomplished within the allocated budget. •Manages, monitors, and controls the team on their daily performance by providing advice and assisting in the solving of operational problems. •Provide technical expertise to analyze and resolve recurring issues that impact plant operation. •Manges spare parts inventory ensure operation continuity. •Monitors and controls the use of spare parts, tools as well as expenses relating to maintenance equipment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering
At least 10 years of experience in supervisor and management level in engineer and/or maintenance fields in 24 hours manufacturing heavy industry.
Strong technical knowledge and expertise controlling all mechanical, electrical, and instrument operations
Strong analytical, problem-solving, strategic planning, and leadership skills.
Able to communicate in English both verbal and written.
