Job Descriptions
• ดูแลและบริหารจัดการช่องทางสื่อสารออนไล์น์ของบริษัท : อัปเดตเนื้อหา ตอบคำถาม และแก้ไขปัญหาของลูกค้า (Facebook Official และ เว็บไซต์)
• รวบรวมข้อมูล สรุปผลข้อมูล และนำมาแสดงบน Excel,Google Sheet, PowerPoint, Canva
• ประสานงานระหว่างฝ่ายบริการลูกค้ากับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้การให้บริการเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
• ติดตามข้อมูลและอัปเดตจากหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ เพื่อให้ทีมบริการลูกค้ามีข้อมูลที่ถูกต้องในการให้บริการ
Qualifications
- อายุ 23-35 ปี
- การศึกษาระดับ ปวส./อนุปริญญาขึ้นไป ทุกสาขา
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานเอกสาร ธุรการอย่างน้อย 1 ปี Customer Service/ Call center จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความสามารถด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ (MS Word, Excel, Power Point )
- มีทักษะด้านการสื่อสาร
- สามารถมาเทรนงานประมาณ 2 สัปดาห์ที่สำนักงานใหญ่ (ใกล้ BTS แบริ่ง)
- สามารถทำงานได้ 5 วัน/สัปดาห์
