Job Descriptions
1. ต้อนรับและบริการคนไข้ 2. ให้ข้อมูลเบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับการรักษา, รายละเอียดโปรโมชั่นผ่านทางการสื่อสารช่องทางต่างๆ ของคลินิก (ตอบแชท, สื่อสารหน้าเคาน์เตอร์) 3. โทรคอนเฟิร์มนัด และจัดตารางนัดหมายคนไข้ 4. ติดต่อประสานงานให้กับบริษัททั้งภายในและภายนอก 5. ดูแลงานเอกสารทางคลินิกภายในสาขา 6. ดูแลความเรียบร้อยทั่วไปของทางคลินิก 7. ทำคอนเทนท์ให้กับร้าน ตามมอบหมาย ใช้โปรแกรม reel canva หรือ tiktok 8. งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. รับสมัครทุกเพศอายุระหว่าง 20-35 ปี
  2. จบการศึกษาตั้งแต่ระดับ ปวช. ขึ้นไป
  3. มีใจรักงานบริการ มนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี มีความกระตือรือร้นในการทำงาน
  4. เปิดใจรับการเรียนรู้ ความคิดเห็น
  5. สามารถใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์, โปรแกรม word และ excel ได้ดี
  6. สามารถพูดและเขียนภาษาอังกฤษได้ดีถึงดีมาก
  7. สามารถใช้ instagram หรือ facebook ได้
  8. สามารถทำงานเป็นทีม ทนต่อแรงกดดันได้
  9. สามารถใช้งานโปรแกรม canva, reel, tiktok
  10. สามารถทำงานเป็นทีม มีความอดทนต่อแรงกดดันได้ดี
  11. มีประสบการณ์ทำงานเคาน์เตอร์คลินิกทันตกรรม หรือเคาน์เตอร์ประชาสัมพันธ์ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
