Job Descriptions
- ตรวจสอบการทำงานและแก้ไขปัญหาของระบบต่างๆ ในรูปแบบ Routine check, Realtime monitor - ติดตั้ง และรื้อถอน อุปกรณ์เพื่อให้บริการ Internet หรือ Wifi ให้แก่ลูกค้าที่มาเช่าใช้บริการ รวมถึงคอยตรวจสอบและให้คำปรึกษาในการใช้บริการ. - ประสานงานกับลูกค้า เพื่อออกแบบงานบริการต่างๆ และติดตั้ง พร้อมส่งมอบบริการกับลูกค้า. - ทำรายงานต่างๆตามที่กำหนด เช่น Daily report, Monthly report, Incident Report เป็นต้น วันทำงานปกติ : ตามตารางปฏิบัติงาน (อาจมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงตามความเหมาะสม) ทำ 3 วัน หยุด 3 วัน เวลาทำงานปกติ : ทำงานวันละ 12 ชั่วโมง (ไม่รวมเวลาพัก) เวลาพัก : 2 ชั่วโมง
Qualifications
  1. เพศชายเท่านั้น
  2. จบวุฒิการศึกษาปวส., ปริญญาตรี คณะวิศวโทรคมนาคม, อิเล็กทรอนิกส์, คอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีประสบการณ์หรือความรู้เกี่ยวกับด้าน IT & Telecom Network อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
  4. มี Service mind ที่ดี
  5. สามารถปฏิบัติงานเป็นกะหรือทำงานล่วงเวลาได้
  6. สัญญาจ้าง 1 ปี (มีการต่อสัญญา)
  7. **สามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันทีจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ**
