1 Control/Analysis and monitoring daily control FTQ , DRR , DRL
2 Control/Analysis and monitoring daily control paint color data
3 Manage and control Inspection Tools , Lab equipment Calibration.
4 Work with Paint Quality team to summary daily quality problem feedback/feed forward problem
5 Quality analysis and problem solving to achieve KPI target
6 Control and manage paint supplier to work follow proceture
7 Process improvement , product control
8 ISO9001,IATF16949 follow up implementation and compliant
9 In process quality verification/Audit and improvement
Qualifications
- Problem analysis knowledge
- Paint process knowledge
- ISO9001/2015
- IATF16949
- Automotive painting quality engineer
