Job Descriptions
- วางแผนและควบคุมการสรรหาพนักงานจำนวนมาก (Mass Recruit) ให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมาย และสัมภาษณ์เบื้องต้นให้ตรงตาม Job Profile - จัดกิจกรรม Walk-in / Job Fair และประสานงานเว็บไซต์หรือแพลตฟอร์มออนไลน์เพื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ - พัฒนา Job Description และเครื่องมือประเมินผู้สมัครให้เหมาะสมกับตำแหน่ง - ดูแลระบบข้อมูลผู้สมัคร เอกสารต่างๆ รวมถึง Onboarding และสัญญาจ้าง - สนับสนุนกิจกรรมพนักงาน และงานอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ HR - เริ่มงานได้ทันทีจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
Qualifications
  1. ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาทรัพยากรบุคคล จิตวิทยา การจัดการ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง อายุ 23-30 ปี
  2. สามารถทำงานเชิงรุกและบริหารจัดการงานหลายอย่างพร้อมกันได้ (Multi-Skill)
  3. มีประสบการณ์ด้านการสรรหาพนักงาน (Mass Recruitment) อย่างน้อย 6 เดือน - 1 ปี
  4. มีทักษะในการติดต่อประสานงานกับฝ่ายต่างๆ และสามารถสื่อสารได้ในทุกระดับ
  5. สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐาน และระบบสรรหาพนักงาน (เช่น ATS, Google Workspace) ได้ดี
  6. พร้อมเรียนรู้งาน เรียนรู้ไว มีความรับผิดชอบ และ Proactive สูง
