Job Descriptions
Working hours: 6 days (Mon – Fri: 9 a.m. – 6 p.m./Sat: Work from home) Working location: Fortune Tower (MRT Rama 9) ***Interested applicants, please submit your updated English resume with contact phone number, current and expected salary. Salary will be dependent on experience and qualifications. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. *** *** Able to start working immediately will be considered an advantage.*** Responsibilities: - Prepare the import-export declaration. - Check the accuracy of the declaration before sending the data into the system. - Check the accuracy of various related documents, such as documents showing the origin of the product. and various licenses involved in that work together with customers and other related departments - Follow/Update/Edit Work information for customers and related teams, support cs. - Other assignment maybe required from time to time.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain and Business Management or a related field.
  2. Minimum 1 - 2 years’ experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Import-Export, Freight forwarding or equivalent.
  3. Have experiences in Import - Export entry, process and specify the customs tariff.
  4. Have knowledge in paperless system and related computer program.
  5. Have experience in Customs data entry / Customs Clearance / Certificate of origin / License/Permit is plus.
  6. Have experiences in FDA or Tiffa is plus.
  7. Fair - Good command in reading and writing English.
  8. Have computer skills in MS office such as word, Excel and Google sheet.
  9. Strong interpersonal skill and able to work with others as teamwork.
  10. High responsible and willing to learn.
  11. Service-mind, hard working and able to work under pressure.
  12. Ability to deliver urgent or completed job on time as schedule and commitment.
