Job Descriptions
1.รับสายลูกค้าที่โทรเข้ามาสอบถามข้อมูลต่างๆ
2.แนะนำการใช้งานสินค้า, รับเรื่องแจ้งซ่อม , แนะนำพื้นที่บริการ ,รับเรื่องร้องเรียน และรวมไปถึงการ ประสานงานส่วนงานต่างๆ
(ไม่ใช่งานขาย)
*ทำงาน 6 วัน/สัปดาห์ วันหยุดสลับหมุนเวียน
กะกลางวัน : เข้าออฟฟิต 08.00-17.00 น.
กะกลางคืน : WFH 17.00-02.00 น.
Qualifications
- เพศหญิง
- อายุ 25 - 30 ปี
- จบการศึกษาระดับ ปวช - ปริญญาตรี
- มีทักษะในการเจรจา
- มีทัศนคติที่ดีในการทำงาน
- สามารถทำงานให้ได้ตามแผนงานที่ได้มีการวางแผนไว้
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้ภาวะแรงกดดันได้ดี
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน call center จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
