Job Descriptions
ซ่อมบำรุงและปรับปรุงอุปกรณ์เครื่องจักรที่ใช้ในการผลิต รวมถึงสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก เพื่อทำให้พร้อมสำหรับการผลิต( Breakdown Maintenance Engineer ) 2. หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ (Job responsibility ) 2.1.ซ่อมบำรุงเครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์2.2.ปรับปรุงเครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์ 2.3.สร้างอุปกรณ์ที่ช่วยในการผลิต 2.4.สรุปและรวบรวมข้อมูลทางด้านงานซ่อมบำรุง (Machine Breakdown) งานปรับปรุง,งานสร้าง 2.5.ควบคุมอะไหล่ (Spare Part) ของเครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์ให้มีความเหมาะสมและเพียงพอต่อการใช้งาน 2.6.ดูแลระบบสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก Factory Facility บริการสนับสนุนต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการผลิต เช่น Air Compressor, Gas Station,Cooling Tower, Exhaust System, Transformer, Main MDB) และมีหน้าที่ในการบำรุงรักษาให้มีสภาพพร้อมใช้งาน 2.7.ปฎิบัติงานอื่นๆที่ผู้บังคับบัญชามอบหมาย 3 ความชำนาญพิเศษหรือการฝึกอบรมที่จำเป็นสำหรับตำแหน่ง : 3.1.มีความสามารถงานเชื่อม TIG Welding,MIG Welding 3.2.มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับเครื่องจักร Arc Welding Robot,Bender,Sprining,CNC,Jig Assembly จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ 3.3.มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับโปรแกรม PLC (Keyence) สามารถใช้งานและแก้ไขการทำงานของโปรแกรมได้
Qualifications
  1. มีประสบการณ์โรงงานอุตสาหกรรมอย่างน้อย 2 ปี
  2. มีประสบการณ์และความรู้เกี่ยวทางด้านงานซ่อมบำรุง (Machine Breakdown) งานปรับปรุง,งานสร้าง
  3. มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับระบบบริหารจัดการคุณภาพสำหรับอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์ IATF 16949
  4. มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับระบบการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อม ISO 14001
  5. เพศชาย
