Job Descriptions
ติดตั้งและซ่อมบำรุงและดูแลรักษาสภาพของอุปกรณ์เครื่องจักรเกี่ยวกับระบบ PLC control และ Robot ที่ใช้ในการผลิต รวมถึงสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกตามแผนงานที่ได้กำหนดไว้ เพื่อทำให้พร้อมสำหรับการผลิต (Install and maintain machine, equipment electrical wiring PLC & Robot for support automation production line) 1.ติดตั้งเครื่องจักรใหม่สำหรับงาน New model ระบบสายไฟ สายสัญญาณ ระหว่าง PLC และ Robot (Install machine support new model, electrical wiring, connection PLC & Robot) 2.ซ่อมบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักรอุปกรณ์ที่เกี่ยวกับระบบ PLC , Robot ให้ผลิตงานได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง (Preventive maintenance machine and equipment PLC system & Robot for support porduction line) 3. ปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพเครื่องจักรอย่างต่อเนื่องด้วยระบบ PLC (Continuous improvement machine by program PLC) 4. สรุปและรวบรวมข้อมูลทางด้านงานซ่อม MTBF และ MTTR (Summary data repairs and report MTBF & MTTR) 5.ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆที่ผู้บังคับบัญชามอบหมายนโยบายบริษัท (Other assignment for manager and company policies )
Qualifications
  1. อายุ : 30 ปีขึ้นไป
  2. ระดับการศึกษาขั้นต่ำ : ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า,อิเล็กทรอนิกส์, เมคคาทรอนิกส์
  3. มีความสามารถโปรแกรม PLC (Keyence) สามารถใช้งานและแก้ไขการทำงานของโปรแกรมได้
  4. มีความสามารถเกี่ยวกับ Robot (Yaskawa) สามารถใช้งานและแก้ไขการทำงานของโปรแกรมได้
  5. มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับเครื่องจักร Arc Welding Robot,Bender,Sprining,CNC,Jig Assembly
  6. มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับโปรแกรม Touchscreen (Keyence, Fuji) สามารถใช้งานและแก้ไขการทำงานของโปรแกรมได้
  7. มีประสบการณ์งานซ่อมบำรุงในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมอย่างน้อย 5-7 ปี
  8. มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับระบบบริหารจัดการคุณภาพสำหรับอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์ IATF16949
  9. มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับระบบการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อม ISO 14001
