Job Descriptions
1.ตรวจสอบและควบคุมความถูกต้องของเอกสารที่ทำการจ่ายเงินให้แก่เจ้าหนี้ทั่วไป
2.ลงบันทึกรายจ่ายในระบบ Express
3.จัดทำรายการหักภาษี ณ ที่จ่าย ภงด.3 และ 53
4.จัดทำเอกสารเบิกจ่าย พร้อมทั้งใบสำคัญจ่าย
5.ติดต่อเอกสารทำจ่ายเงิน ใบกำกับภาษี/ใบเสร็จรับเงิน และจัดเก็บเอกสารการทำจ่าย
6.จัดทำรายงานเพื่อควบคุมรายจ่ายที่ได้ทำการจ่ายไปแล้ว
7.รับวางบิลจากเจ้าหนี้ จ่ายเช็คให้เจ้าหนี้
8.Financial Statement
9.Exchange Rate
10.Cash Flow
11.Report Finance
12.งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- ไม่จำกัดเพศ อายุ 28-35 ปี
- ระดับการศึกษาปริญญาตรี บัญชี หรือการเงิน
- มีประสบการณ์ 2 ปี ขึ้นไป
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Word Excel และ Powerpoint เป็นอย่างดี
- ใช้โปรแกรม Express ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีความขยัน ซื่อสัตย์ สุจริต อดทน มีวินัยและทัศนคติที่ดีในการทำงาน
- สามารถเดินทางไปต่างจังหวัดได้เป็นครั้งคราว
