Job Descriptions
Responsibilities: Plan and execute the New Product Introduction (NPI) process to meet project timelines and objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, production, and quality assurance, to ensure smooth product launches. Analyze and evaluate the feasibility of manufacturing new products and recommend process improvements. Develop and document manufacturing processes, including work instructions and process flow diagrams. Conduct Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) reviews to optimize product designs. Coordinate pilot builds and analyze results to identify and resolve production issues. Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the NPI process. Provide technical support and troubleshooting during the transition from prototype to full-scale production. Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs in the NPI process. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field). 3+ years of experience in NPI, manufacturing engineering, or related roles. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and industry standards. Proficiency in CAD software and ERP systems is a plus.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or Related field.
  2. Good command of English
  3. Experience in maintenance will be an advantage
  4. Experience in series production in Electronic Industry and Assembly Technology, PLC and 5S Concept
  5. Willingness to work , Friendly.
  6. Knowledge of problem solving methods
  7. Can start immediately.
  8. can work 6 days ,Monday to Friday
  9. Working hour 08.00 a.m. to 05.00 p.m
  10. Have fit OT 2 hours per day.
