Job Descriptions
1. บริหารความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้า เป้าหมายก็คือการทำให้ลูกค้ามีความพอใจสูง ที่สุดจากการใช้สินค้าหรือบริการของเรา 2. เจรจาต่อรอง และเป็นที่ปรึกษาที่ดีให้กับลูกค้า 3. แก้ปัญหาให้เหมาะสมกับการใช้งาน/ความต้องการของลูกค้า 4. เสนอโปรโมชั่นป้องกันลูกค้าโอนย้ายบริการหรือยกเลิกบริการ * สถานที่ทำงานสะดวก BTS กรุงธนบุรี อาคารไทยศรีประกันภัย * จันทร์-ศุกร์ และ 1 เสาร์/เดือน เวลา 09.30 – 18.30 สวัสดิการและความก้าวหน้า: •ปรับเงินเดือนประจำปี •ปรับเงินเดือนตามการปรับตำแหน่งงาน •ประกันสังคม •วันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์ พักร้อน •วันหยุดรับปริญญา •งานสังสรรค์ประจำปี •กิจกรรมวันเกิดพนักงาน •โบนัสตามผลประกอบการ
Qualifications
  1. อายุ 25-35 ปี
  2. เพศหญิง
  3. วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  4. มีประสบการณ์ 2 ปี ขึ้นไป ด้าน Customer Relation
  5. มีทัศนคติที่ดี ใจเย็น สุภาพ และมีใจรักในการบริการ
  6. มนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี และสามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้ดี
  7. มีปฏิภาณไหวพริบ สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
  8. มีทักษะในการต่อรองที่ดี
  9. สามารถใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์ และโปรแกรมต่าง ๆ ได้
