Job Descriptions
- งานสรรหาบุคคลากร - งานธุรการทั่วไป - สรุปรายละเอียดวันลา ขาดงาน วันหยุด และการทำ OT ของพนักงาน - งานฝึกอบรมในส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น อบรมพนักงานใหม่ - ประสานงานและควบคุมการทำงานของผู้รับเหมา - ควบคุมดูแลการทำงานของพนักงานขับรถ แม่บ้าน รปภ. - ดำเนินการจัดกิจกรรมประจำปีของบริษัทฯ - งานพิธีกร,ประชาสัมพันธ์ - งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
  1. เพศหญิง อายุ ไม่เกิน 35 ปี
  2. วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล หรือ รัฐศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้องทุกสาขา
  3. มีประสบการณ์งานด้านบุคคล-ธุรการในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมอย่างน้อย 2 ปีขึ้นไป
  4. มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในระบบการติดต่อหน่วยงานราชการ
  5. มีความรู้ระบบคุณภาพ ISO : 9001 , ISO : 14001
  6. สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์และโปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้เป็นอย่างดี
  7. มีใจรักการบริการ ปรับตัวเข้ากับผู้อื่นได้ง่าย
  8. สามารถทำงานภายใต้ภาวะความกดดันได้ดี
  9. สามารถใช้โปรแกรมเงินเดือน Tiger Soft ได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  10. มีที่พักใกล้ที่ทำงานเดินทางมาทำงานสะดวกจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
