Job Descriptions•Responsible to build brand social strategy and ensure its execution on daily basis.
• Responsible for different social media platforms, including but not limited Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
• Refer to the company's VI and decide the visual direction of the brand together with the designer, and set up the different topic of social media every month.
• For different brands and products, set up different page persona and content pillars that match the brand image.
• Monitor social media public opinion, collect feedback from users, and continuously propose optimization plans and implement them.
• Maintain the relationship between the brand and fans/users on social media, enhance the linkage between fans and the company, and enhance fan users' understanding and support for the company's values.
