Job Descriptions
1.ตรวจสอบการจ่ายเงิน 2.รับวางบิลจากเจ้าหนี้ พร้อมทั้งตรวจสอบเอกสารที่ได้รับวางบิลและตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารต่างๆจำนวนเงินเอกสารใบ PO,PR 3.ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารประกอบการจ่ายเงิน 4.จัดทำรายงานภาษีซื้อ(ภพ.30), ภงด.3 , ภงด.53. 5.จัดเก็บใบสำคัญจ่ายเช็ค/โอน และ ออกเอกสารใบหักภาษี ณ ที่จ่าย ให้แก่เจ้าหนี้ 6.ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของบันทึกการจ่ายเงินจากใบสำคัญจ่ายเช็ค/โอน 7.จัดทำสรุปยอดในสมุดรายวันซื้อ พร้อมทั้งบันทึกบัญชีที่เกี่ยวข้อง รวมถึงจัดทำรายงานเจ้าหนี้คงค้างทุกสิ้นเดือนต่อผู้บังคับบัญชา 8.ตรวจนับสินค้าคงเหลือประจำเดือน 9.ดูแลรับผิดชอบเอกสารการเบิกจ่ายจากเงินสดย่อย ลงบัญชีรับจ่ายติดตามการเคลียร์เงินทอดรองจ่าย
Qualifications
  1. เพศหญิง อายุ25-40ปี
  2. จบการศึกษา ระดับ ปวส.-ปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี
  3. ต้องใช้ Program Express ได้
  4. มีทักษะการสื่อสาร และการจัดการที่ดี
  5. มีความใส่ใจในรายละเอียด ทำงานได้ถูกต้องแม่นยำ และมีความกระตือรือร้น
  6. มีความสามารถในการจัดระดับความสำคัญของงาน และทำงานที่ได้รับภายในเวลาที่กำหนด
  7. สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี และทำงานเป็นทีม
  8. ทำงาน จันทร์ - เสาร์ เวลา 8.30 - 17.30 น.
