Job Descriptions

1.Ensure all operation result under responsibility areas including KPI, stock accuracy, operational cost, health and safety, and customer service 2.Ensure all procedures are properly documented, understood, and apply by all Employees 3.Responsible for condition and safety of all Warehouse and Transport Equipment, products, materials, and property 4.Responsible for condition and safety of all Warehouse and Transport Equipment, products, materials, and property 5.Maintain and develop effective stock control process and procedures and Ensure stock accuracy at all times trough effective cycle counting, stock-checks and stock-takes 6.Work closely with safety team in pursuit of a safe working environment and compliance to statutory regulations 7.Encourage Team Member input and thought process toward improved customer service 8.Continuous improvement in efficiency of all material handling activities 9. Develop, support, and conduct Team Member training 10. Ensure quality of employee, and equipment image in working environment Contribute to development and justification of budget, and identify and act upon any opportunities for cost reduction 11. Maintenance of standardized work schedules.

Qualifications

เพศชายอายุ ตั้งแต่ 25 ขึ้นไป
เพศชาย/หญิง วุฒิ ปริญญาตรี สาขาโลจีสติกส์ หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
มีภาวะความเป็นผู้นำ
มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ที่ดีต่อผู้ร่วมงานและผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา, สามารถติดต่อสื่อสารภายในและภายนอกองค์กรได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
สามารถใช้ระบบ Warehouse Managment System (WMS), SAP จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
เดินทางมาทำงานเองได้
สามารถทำงานเข้ากะได้
มีประสบการณ์บริหารงานคลังสินค้าอย่างน้อย 5 ปี และมีประสบการณ์ด้านการบังคับบัญชาทีม
