Job Descriptions

1. Overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department. 2.Performing the month-end closing and year-end closing. 3. Collaborating with management teams to translate financial insights into actionable strategies that support long-term goals. 4. Collaborating with annual audits and with the Tax department for financial reporting. 5. Forecasting and managing financial accounting systems, including income, cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, and credit control. 6. Continuously evaluating the existing workflows and propose improvements to align with strategic and financial objectives. 7. Coaching and empowering the accounting team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. 8. Others as assigned.

Qualifications

ฺBachelor’s degree or higher in accounting or Finance.
5+ years of related experience in managerial accounting from any industry with a high number of transactions and values, preferably the FMCG industry.
A CPD license is required. Experience in ERP systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Mature, active, confident, and strong leadership and communication skills.
Experience with budgeting and forecasting.
