- Find a new sellers for compare best price. - Negotiating to the best price. - Issue PO. - Monitor and follow up shipment schedule - Issue advance payment in sharepoint and send payment slip to supplier. - Coordinate with suppliers for all document to support import team and accounting dept. - Prepare document for customs clearance process. - Prepare document (Good receipt) and send to accounting dept. - Knowledge about import and export. - other task as assigned
