- บริหารความคืบหน้างานก่อสร้างบ้าน และระบบสาธารณูปโภค ต่าง ๆ ให้เป็นไปตามแผนงาน
- บริหารคุณภาพงานก่อสร้างให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานวิศวกรรมก่อสร้างที่กำหนด
Qualifications
- อายุ 25 ปี ขึ้นไป
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมก่อสร้าง,การบริหารงานก่อสร้าง มีใบอนุญาตวิศวกร
- มีประสบการณ์ในการควบคุมงานก่อสร้าง 2 ปี ขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจอสังหาริมทรัพย์แนวราบ
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ มีความคล่องตัว และทำงานเป็นทีมได้ดี
- ชอบเรียนรู้และนำวิธีการก่อสร้างใหม่ๆ ที่มีประสิทธิภาพมาปรับใช้ในองค์กร
- มีวินัยในการทำงาน มีความทุ่มเทเพื่อความสำเร็จ
