Job Descriptions

Job Description: - Develop and execute sales strategies for the warehouse and distribution services to meet sales objectives. - Identify potential clients, initiate contact, conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts. - Maintain strong relationships with key customers and seek opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services. - Regularly monitor the market trends and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the fulfillment of customer requirements and resolve any issues. - Develop and implement strategic initiatives for revenue and profitability growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree and experience in a sales development role or a high outbound selling role; developed understanding of supply chain concepts
Demonstrated success in building new accounts and uncovering new revenue opportunities
Growth mindset, with a focus on customers
Excellent storytelling and presentation skills - must be able to speak confidently and persuasively about our company's business model
Critical-thinking, flexibility, and problem-solving skills to adapt to ever-changing tasks and customer needs
Organized and effective under pressure
Good command in English both written and spoken.
Requires a high level of understanding of the logistics, warehouse, and distribution sector, as well as sales experience.
