Job Descriptions

• Knowledge of the operation sequence of machines. มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับลำดับการทำงานของเครื่องจักร (Injection Molding, Wet Mold, Dry Mold, Thermoforming machine) • The machine can be properly set up safely and efficiently. สามารถตั้งค่าเครื่องจักร ได้อย่างเหมาะสมอย่างปลอดภัยและมีประสิทธิภาพ • Coordinate with machine technicians in any eventualities affecting the performance of the machine. ประสานงานกับช่างซ่อมบำรุงเครื่องจักรในกรณีที่มีผลกระทบต่อประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของเครื่องจักร • Ensures that all parameter settings are within the required standards. ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าการตั้งค่าพารามิเตอร์ของเครื่องจักรทั้งหมดอยู่ในมาตรฐานที่กำหนด • Verify before each production order that the product meets the BOM reference sample and that the product quality is within the lot acceptance requirements. ตรวจสอบในแต่ละรายการผลิตว่าผลิตภัณฑ์ตรงตามส่วนประกอบหรือสูตรการผลิต และคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์เป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ข้อกำหนด • Submit to Process Engineer activity reports during shifts. รายงานกิจกรรมของในแต่ละวันให้กับวิศวกรกระบวนการผลิต • Performs other duties or assist other operators as assigned by the Process Engineer. ปฏิบัติหน้าที่อื่นหรือช่วยเหลือผู้ปฏิบัติงานอื่นตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากวิศวกรกระบวนการผลิต • Inform the Process Engineer on duty and or stop the machine in the event of unsafe situation involving the machine and die cut as well in case of sporadic defects on finished product. แจ้งวิศวกรกระบวนการผลิต และหรือหยุดเครื่องจักรในกรณีที่เกิดเหตุการณ์ที่ไม่ปลอดภัยเกี่ยวกับเครื่องจักร รวมถึงในกรณีที่มีข้อบกพร่องหรือของเสีย • Help maintain good housekeeping inside production area. ช่วยดูแลทำความสะอาดภายในพื้นที่การผลิตให้ดี • Maintains good personal attendance. รักษาการมาทำงาน ส่วนบุคคลให้ดี

Qualifications

Diploma in any related fields.
2 year above of relevant experience in process technician on manufacturing. (Injection molding, Wet mold, Dry mold, Thermoforming machine and process)
Knowledge of goods and production process.
Knowledge of Quality Control system such as ISO, GMP, BRC etc.
Able to work 6 days per weeks.
Able to work in Shift pattern. (Day/Night)
