Job Descriptions
• Scout or Matching candidates to find satisfying candidates and provide career guides to candidates. • Handle recruitment assignments (receiving job requirements onward) including sourcing candidates via various channels, screenings, and interviewing. • Maintaining good relationships with candidates and ensuring their satisfaction. • Share the full information with the Sales team and contribute to providing a suitable quantity of candidate CVs with the required quality. • Offering advice to both clients and candidates on related matters. • Achieving individual monthly placement targets.
Qualifications
  1. Thai Male / Female
  2. Bachelor’s degree (any related field).
  3. Age not over 35yrs.
  4. Good command of English and computer skills (MS Office and Canva)
  5. Good Excel Skill
  6. Good communication skills with third party suppliers and colleagues
  7. Active to improve yourself and can cooperate with related departments
  8. Passion to grow up together with this organization.
  9. Personality (Active, possess initiative, Supportive, Flexible, Team player, Positive, Mature, detail-oriented)
  10. Have experience in Recruitment (Scout, Matching, Interviewing, write candidates recommendation) is advantaged
  11. Strong interests in HR field. Experience in a business consultancy firm is preferred.
  12. New graduated is welcome
