Job Descriptions
1.ควบคุมดูแลระบบความปลอดภัย, ระบบสัญญาณเตือนอัคคีภัย, ระบบลิฟต์และระบบกล้อง CCTV 2.ควบคุมดูแลระบบปรับอากาศ, ระบบทำความเย็น Chiller, Cooling Tower, AHU และระบบ BAS 3.ควบคุมดูแลระบบไฟฟ้า, การเปิด-ปิดไฟและแสงสว่าง, ตรวจเช็กการใช้ไฟฟ้าและควบคุมค่า Peak Demand 4.ควบคุมดูแลระบบสุขาภิบาล, ปั๊มน้ำ, ตรวจเช็กการใช้น้ำ, ดูแลระบบปั๊มน้ำพุ, น้ำทิ้ง และปั๊มระบบบำบัดน้ำเสีย 5.บำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน ทำงาน PM ระบบต่างๆ 6.งานซ่อมบำรุงภายในตึก
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย อายุ 21 - 30 ปี
  2. ปวส.- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาไฟฟ้ากำลัง, อิเล็กทรอนิกส์, เครื่องกล หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้
  4. ทำงาน 6 วัน ต่อสัปดาห์
  5. หากมีประสบการณ์ดูแลระบบปรับอากาศ, ระบบ Chiller, Cooling Tower, AHU 1 ปีขึ้นไปจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  6. มีความรู้พื้นฐานงานซ่อมบำรุงทั่วไป
  7. มีใบรับรองมาตรฐานฝีมือแรงงานแห่งชาติ สาขาช่างไฟฟ้าภายในอาคาร ระดับ 1
