Job Descriptions
1. จัดทำเอกสารทางด้านบัญชี ใบหัก ณ ที่จ่าย, ใบแจ้งหนี้, ใบวางบิล, ใบกำกับภาษี, ใบเสร็จรับเงิน ประจำเดือน พร้อมบันทึกบัญชีลูกหนี้และรายรับอื่นๆ
2. จัดทำแบบภาษี ภงด. ต่างๆ ของบริษัทฯ เพื่อยื่นกรมสรรพากร เช่น ภงด.3, ภงด.53, ภพ.30 เป็นต้น
3. รับวางบิล ทำเช็คจ่าย รวมถึงบันทึกบัญชีเจ้าหนี้และค่าใช้จ่ายอื่นๆ
4. บันทึกข้อมูลด้านบัญชีในระบบบัญชีของบริษัท
5. งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส./ปริญญาตรี สาขาการบัญชี
- เพศหญิง อายุไม่เกิน 30 ปี
- ประการณ์ 1-2 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีทักษะการใช้ Microsoft Office ได้ดี
- สามารถจัดการงานด้านเอกสารและจัดเก็บเอกสารได้อย่างเป็นระบบ
- มีความขยัน มีความรับผิดชอบ ละเอียด รอบคอบ
- มีความซื่อสัตย์มีจรรยาบรรณในวิชาชีพ
