- มีความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่ มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ ช่างสังเกตุ
- มีทัศนคติเชิงบวก
- มีความแคล่วคล่อง มีความใฝ่รู้ ขยัน อดทน
- ไม่จำเป็นต้องมีประสบการณ์
- สามารถขับรถยนต์ได้ มีใบอนุญาต จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
