Job Descriptions
1.วางแผนงานและเป้าหมายการผลิตให้ตรงตามกำหนด 2.ควบคุมการผลิตทั้งหมด และสินค้าได้คุณภาพตามที่ระบุไว้ในมาตราฐานของสินค้า 3.ลดความสูญเสียในกระบวนการผลิตให้น้อยที่สุด 4.แก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆ ในกระบวนการผลิต รวมถึงความปลอดภัยในพื้นทีทำงาน 5.รายงาน วิเคราะปัญหา ชี้แจง กับฝ่ายบริหาร 6.วางแผนและพัฒนาโรงงาน รวมทั้งบุคคลากรให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน 7.สามารถสอบถามรายละเอียดงานได้ที่ 088-778-7777
Qualifications
  1. เพศหญิง-ชาย อายุ 30-45 ปี
  2. วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส-ป.ตรี
  3. มีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่งหัวหน้างานหรือผู้จัดการงานจิวเวลรี่ 5 ปี ขึ้นไป
  4. มีทักษะการเป็นผู้นำ กล้าคิดแสดงออกอย่างเหมาะสม
  5. มีทักษะในการจูงใจผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาให้ปฏิบ้ติตามและให้ความร่วมมือร่วมใจอย่างเต็มที่
  6. มีทักษะเรื่องการสื่อสาร
  7. สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้เป็นอย่างดี
