- สัญญาจ้าง 11 เดือน (มีพิจารณาต่อสัญญาจ้างเรื่อยๆ) - ทำงานเป็นกะ (เวียนกะและเวียนวันหยุด) 07.00-16.00/08.00-17.00/09.00-18.00/10.00-19.00/11.00-20.00/14.00-22.00 - สถานที่ทำงาน: ตึกสิงห์ หรือ ตึกรสา ทู (MRTเพชรบุรี) Job Description: • ให้ข้อมูลและให้บริการแก่ผู้ซื้อ ผู้ขาย ผ่านทาง Chat • สร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้า เพื่อให้เกิดความมั่นใจในสินค้าและบริการของบริษัทฯ • ทำงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพตรงตามมาตรฐานตัวชี้วัดที่บริษัทฯ กำหนด • ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้บริการลูกค้าอย่างทันท่วงทีและมีประสิทธิภาพ
Qualifications
  1. เพศ ชาย-หญิง
  2. วุฒิ ม.6 ขึ้นไป
  3. มีประสบการณ์ในสายงาน Chat Center/Customer Service 1 ปี ขึ้นไป
  4. มีทัศนคติที่ดี มีความสามารถในการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดีและรวดเร็ว
  5. มีพื้นฐานการใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์ เว็บไซต์ หรือระบบงานใน Chat Center ได้ดี
  6. สวัดิการ: ประกันสังคม
