Job Descriptions
- วิเคราะห์ ตรวจสอบ และดำเนินการตามขั้นตอนการวิจัยและพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ให้ถูกต้อง สอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานที่กำหนด ตลอดจนให้มีประสิทธิภาพและเกิดการสูญเสียน้อยที่สุด ­- ตรวจสอบข้อมูลที่ใช้ในการกำหนดสูตร มาตรฐานการผลิตและข้อกำหนดผลิตภัณฑ์ เพื่อให้เกิดความถูกต้องตรงตามผลการวิจัย ­- จัดทำต้นทุนราคาสินค้า (costing) ที่พัฒนาให้มีความถูกต้อง เหมาะสม - สามารถ คิดและพัฒนาสูตรสินค้าต่างๆ เพื่อสนับสนุนการทำงาน ­- ประสานงานและนำเสนอข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินการตามแผนการพัฒนาปรับปรุงผลิตภัณฑ์ ตลอดจนวิเคราะห์ผลการดำเนินการตามแผนงาน - พัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ในกลุ่มสินค้าที่รับผิดชอบให้อยู่ในเป้าหมายที่กำหนด
Qualifications
  1. ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์อาหารและโภชนาการ สาขาวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีทางอาหาร, พัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสาหกรรมอาหาร/เกษตร หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. ประสบการณ์ไม่น้อยกว่า 3 ปี ในกลุ่มสินค้า bakery
  3. มีความรู้เรื่องกฏหมายเบื้องต้นทั้งในและต่างประเทศ
  4. MS.Office ระดับการใช้งานได้ดี
  5. ความสามารถด้านภาษาอังกฤษในระดับการใช้งาน
  6. คำนวณ nutrition และ food cost ได้อย่างถูกต้อง
  7. สามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันทีจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
