Job Descriptions
- Inbound - Outbound - ดูแลกลุ่มงานลูกค้าที่ได้รับมอบหมาย - ติดต่อประสานกับลูกค้าต่างประเทศ เช่น เวียดนาม, จีน, กัมพูชา, ลาว - ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายในที่เกี่ยวข้องได้ดี - แก้ไขปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับลูกค้าได้ดี และตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้า - ปฏิบัติงาน จันทร์-ศุกร์ เวลา 08.30-17.30 น.
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย-หญิง อายุ 21-38 ปี
  2. วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี ทุกสาขา
  3. มีประสบการณ์ด้านนำเข้า-ส่งออก หรือ CS อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
  4. หรือหากมีประสบการณ์ด้านดูแลลูกค้าต่างประเทศ เช่น ลาว,กัมพูชา ,เวียดนาม ,จีน จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  5. สามารถในการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้เบื้องต้น ได้ภาษาจีน จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  6. มีใจรักในงานด้านการให้บริการ และมีความรับผิดชอบในงาน
  7. สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ โปรแกรม Word, Excel, Power point ได้ดี
  8. มี Service Mind และ มีความกระตือรือร้น
  9. มีทักษะเชิงบวก และสามารถทำเป็นทีมกับต้นสังกัดได้ดี
