Job Descriptions

- Develop and implement project management policies that align with company goals and strategy - Plan long-term corporate strategies and annual action plans to present to the board team - Manage high-rise projects in alignment with company goals and strategy - Oversee project budgets and costs to ensure efficiency based on the action plan - Provide guidance and mentoring to subordinates to resolve problems, lead project management, and implement strategy effectively - Monitor the construction process and update its status - Collaborate with product development, marketing, and business development teams to plan timing, budgeting, and construction planning -Take on any additional responsibilities assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering
At least 5 years of experience in management and property development
Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
Experience in delivering rooms to residents and checking for defects
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and planning skills are required
Proficiency in computer programs such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Microsoft Office
Able to work 6 days per week.
