Job Descriptions
1.ดูแลรับผิดชอบ reference standard และ working standard ตรวจสอบ stock และเตรียม working standard รวมถึงการเก็บรักษา ให้มีคุณภาพดีสำหรับเป็นสารอ้างอิงในการวิเคราะห์ และจัดทำ COA working standard 2.ทดสอบ particulate matter ยาฉีด 3.Routine testing (raw material, Non – sterile and sterile product) 4.วิเคราะห์ยาขั้นตอน process validation และสรุปรายงานผลการทดสอบให้ Validation section 5.วิเคราะห์งาน cleaning validation 6.วิเคราะห์ยา stability 7.ตรวจสอบ (double check) ผลการทดสอบของน้ำ ยาฉีด ยาเม็ด แคปซูล ครีม เจล หลังจากผู้ช่วยนักวิทย์ฯ ทดสอบ 8.เตรียม buffer ให้ฝ่ายผลิตเพื่อทำการปรับ pH ของยาให้ได้ spec. 9.ตวง HCl สำหรับ Duodin injection ให้ฝ่ายผลิต 10.ล้าง vial HPLC 11.Calibration เครื่องแก้ว ปีละครั้ง 12.รับผิดชอบเครื่อง UV spectrophotometer, particulate matter, Karl fischer titrator, ตู้เก็บ working standard 13.สุ่มตัวอย่างวัตถุดิบ
Qualifications
  1. ปริญาตรี วทบ. เอก เคมี, จุชีววิทยา, เทคโนโลยี่ชีวภาพ
  2. ชาย/หญิง อายุ 22-40 ปี
  3. เทคนิคพื้นฐานการวิเคราะห์ยา, การสุ่มตัวอย่าง, การคำนวณปริมาณยา
  4. เทคนิคพื้นฐานในการชั่งยา, การสุ่มตัวอย่างยา, การวิเคราะห์ยา
  5. เริ่มงานได้ทันทีจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
