Job Description
As the Marketing Director, Will oversee the strategy and the development, creation and execution of overall marketing plans, go‐to‐market activities, and communications efforts to initiate content, monitoring audience engagement. This includes lead branding / awareness and partner marketing efforts, as well as responsibility for P&L, team grooming in close coordination with the theatre & non-theatre teams to grow the Scenario business.
Responsibilities for Marketing
● Increase brand awareness of Scenario company to make top of mind why client using our service.
● Increase viewership of content program by monitoring, creating, and adapting by monitoring of local trends, market research, and data. While keeping a close eye on competitive in the local marketplace.
● Partner with the content & production team to giving and suggestion for create top of mind content to the audience.
● Develop marketing communication that will resonate well with target audience to drive acquisition / subscriptions for each programming.
● Implementing and managing marketing campaigns across 360-degree marketing channels.
● Keen sense for creative work and creating inspiring campaigns that can cut through the media clutter and build brand affinity and recognition
● Ownership of marketing budget to ensure marketing and brand dollars are maximised and deliver business objectives as apply ROI, P&L driven methods to marketing activities.
● Develop and grow active relationships with advertising agencies, direct client, and other marketing vendors to ensure delivery and quality performance of all marketing activities.
Responsibilities for marketing staff
• Supervise team and monitoring to ensure that everyone is working towards the same goal.
• Responsible for the day-to-day activities and guidance of their team members.
• Sets KPI as targets, implement guidelines, and assist with any issues the team may have.
• Inspire, motivate, training and guidelines
Qualifications
- อายุไม่เกิน 50 ปี / ไม่จำกัดเพศ / วุฒิปริญญาตรี /ปริญญาโท ทางด้านการบริหารธุรกิจ / การตลาด / การขาย หรืออื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สามารถใช้ Ms.Office ได้ดี
- มีประสบการณ์บริหารจัดการหน่วยงานระดับผู้จัดการฝ่าย หรือรองผู้อำนวยการฝ่าย / ผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายไม่น้อยกว่า 5 ปี
- มีทักษะในการบริหารจัดการที่ดี มีความเป็นผู้นำ สามารถทำงานที่อยู่ในภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
- มีทักษะการตัดสินใจและการแก้ปัญหาที่ดีเยี่ยม มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรองและการจัดการที่ดี มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดีและมีทักษะในการสื่อสารที่ดี
- มีความสามารถในการวางแผนงานเชิงกลยุทธ์ รวมถึงสรรหาแหล่งข้อมูล, การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้านต่างๆ ได้ดี
