รายละเอียดงาน ประจำวัน-สัปดาห์ 1.เช็คยอดคงเหลือ Statement (ด้านรับ-จ่ายและประมาณการเงินในบัญชี พอสำหรับค่าใช้จ่าย) 2.ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องการออกเอกสารใบเสร็จ/ใบกำกับขาย (ตรวจการตั้งรับเงินและตัดจ่ายค่าคอมจากเว็บต่างๆ(Agoda,traveloka,Expidea,booking,ททท) การรับชำระจากล/ค ว่ายอดถูดต้องตรงกันหรือไม่ 3.ตรวจสอบเอกสารใบเบิก(สาขาทำเบิก)เพื่อส่งให้ผู้บริหารอนุมัติเบิกพร้อมเขียนเช็คจ่าย ประจำเดือน 1.ปิดงบภายใน(เข้าระบบExpress) 2.เก็บรวบรวมเอกสารเบิกจ่าย ใบกำกับขายและอื่นๆ ส่งสำนักงานบัญชีให้ครบถ้วน 3.จัดทำชุดเบิกจ่าย(นอกเหนือจากสาขาทำเบิก) พร้อมเขียนเช็คจ่าย 4.ตรวจรายละเอียดการเบิกใช้สต๊อก ยอดคงเหลือและการสั่งซื้อ 5.จัดทำเอกสารภายในอื่นๆ
Qualifications
  1. เพศหญิง อายุ 23 - 40 ปี
  2. วุฒิการศึกษา ปวช ขึ้นไป ไม่จำกัดสาขา แต่ถ้าจบสาขาบัญชีมาจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  3. เคยมีประสบการณ์ตรงด้านงานบัญชี
  4. *ใช้โปรแกรม Express,Word,Excel ได้อย่างดี*
  5. ใช้สูตร Vlookup และ Pivot พอใช้ได้
  6. สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
  7. *มีทัศนะคติที่ดีต่อองค์กร และ เพื่อนร่วมงาน*
  8. *มีความขยัน ละเอียด รอบคอบ ซื่อสัตย์ ตั้งใจทำงาน ไม่ขาดงานบ่อย*
  9. สามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันที และสามารถทำงานวันเสาร์ได้
