Job Descriptions
1.ศึกษาค้นคว้า ทดลองและพัฒนาสูตรเคมี polyester,resin,silicone
2.ปรับปรุงและพัฒนาสูตรที่ใช้อยู่ในปัจจุบัน โดยการหาวัตถุดิบหรือสารเคมีอื่นๆมาใช้ทดแทนเพื่อลดต้นทุน
3.กำหนด Spec ของสินค้าที่ทำการพัฒนาใหม่ขึ้นมา
4.สรุปและควบคุมสูตรการผลิตส่งให้ฝ่ายผลิตและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
5.ตรวจสอบ ติดตามและให้คำแนะนำในกระบวนการผลิตสินค้า lot ใหม่ให้ได้คุณภาพตาม Spec ที่กำหนด
6.ค้นคว้าทดลองหาสูตรการผลิต ตามความต้องการลูกค้า OEM
7.วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหา กรณีเกิดข้อผิดพลาดในกระบวนการผลิตสินค้าใหม่
Qualifications
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี ทางด้านเคมี,เคมีสิ่งทอ,วิศวกรรมเคมี หรืออื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความรู้ทางด้านเคมี , การทำปฏิกิริยาเคมี
- หากมีประสบการณ์ทางด้านวิจัยและพัฒนา จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
