Job Descriptions
-ควบคุมดูแลให้กระบวนการผลิตดำเนินการอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และจำนวนของเสียในกระบวนการผลิต
-ประเมินความเสี่ยง และออกแบบกระบวนการผลิต ที่เกิดขึ้นใหม่
-ควบคุมการติดตั้งเครื่องจักรใหม่
-วิเคราะห์ปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นภายในกระบวนการผลิต และวางแผนการแก้ไขปัญหาในระยะยาว
-ปฏิบัติงานในส่วนของเอกสารต่างๆ ให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดของระบบ IATF16949
Qualifications
- มีความรู้ความสามารถเกี่ยวกับระบบ PLC ของ Allen-Bradley
- มีความรู้ความสามารถเกี่ยวกับระบบ VISION ของ Cognex
- ปริญญาตรี วิศวกรรม หรืออื่นๆ
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้วยวิศวกรรมในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับไลน์การผลิตแบบอัตโนมัติ
- ความรู้เกี่ยวกับเครื่องจักรแบบอัตโนมัติ
- ทักษะการอ่านแบบ Machine Drawing , Schematic
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ Pyrotechnics , ระบบ Feedback Control , ระบบ Pneumatic และHydraulic
- มีความรู้ VISION ของ Cognex
