Job Descriptions
Execute and support various functions of the Quality Department. Key objectives for this position include zero
flow out of defects from manufacturing and inspection processes. Data collection to monitor the product quality
performance and identify the risk of failure on product/process. As a support role, this position should have positive
effect on internal quality metrics.
• Understand and follow all policy,safety,legal and regulatory
requirements.
• Monitor daily product quality and MRB , lead for MRB disposition
with team member.
• Gather data from the Manufacturing Record and other
departments, perform or testing of product and components,
and arrange information in an organized fashion to support
Quality Decisions
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and
make valid conclusions with regards to the process and the
quality of the product
• Participate in CAPA and 8D problem solving from internal/
external quality incidents.
• Training requirements and progress of the LAT Lab Technicians
by completing reports.Develop lab work instructions, form, and
references.
• Maintain productivity of the LAT lab in daily log records.
• Maintain/support quality technician for measuring and test
• Support other areas and departments as required
• Perform other duties as assigned by superior
Qualifications
- Work experience in Industrial / Manufacturing. (Advantage)
- Have automotive background (Advantage)
- Experience in quality control/assurance (Advantage)
