Job Descriptions
Job Responsibility:
1. Lead the implementation and execution of the facility maintenance program aimed to eliminate impact to unplanned stops caused by our operation and maintenance.
2. Optimize of maintenance cost while ensuring quality, standard and safety for our production line and people
3. Responsible for ensuring execution of factory maintenance planning process and optimized to ensure that all planned maintenance activities executed with high quality and in time in area of responsibility.
4. To ensure the well-organized technical and engineering administration in the Factory.
5. Provide standard maintenance procedure, trouble shooting and spare parts control. And History record
6. Require for analysis and improvement utility machine consideration with effectiveness cost and result.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Experience at least 3 years in Facility and Utility maintenance in manufacturing field
- Strong knowledge in job requirements and leadership skill
- Have knowledge and experience in maintenance work (chiller, cooling tower, dehumidifier, air compressor system)
- Strong to coordinate and able to work under pressure and multi-functional
- Good in analysis skill and problem-solving skill
- Understanding in standard of ISO15378, BRC, HACCP ,GMP and 5S
- Able to communicate in English and good computer literacy
