Asst. Restaurant Manager

เงินเดือน20,000 บาท++(ตามประสบการณ์) + Service charge การันตี 5,000 บาท(ปล่อยลอยตามยอดขาย)

Job Descriptions
1. วางแผนการขายและควบคุมต้นทุน
2. วางแผนปฏิบัติการในร้านให้เป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อย
3. ดูแนวโน้มทางการตลาดเพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับยอดขาย
4. ดูแลและบริหารพนักงาน จัดทำเงินเดือน และตารางการทำงานของพนักงานภายในร้าน
5. จัดเตรียมงานเอกสารสำหรับรายงานต่อผู้บริหาร
6. ดูแลและจัดการร้านอาหารให้เรียบร้อย และให้เกิดผลกำไรพร้อมทั้งรักษามาตรฐานการบริการ
7. วางแผน, ประสานงาน, จัดการกับกิจกรรมต่างๆ ที่เกิดภายในร้านเพื่อให้ลูกค้าพึงพอใจ และได้รับการบริการอย่างดี
8. ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากบริษัทฯ
9. วันหยุด Day Off 5 วัน/เดือน
Qualifications
- Thai only aged 25 - 40 years old
- Bachelor degree in F&B or Culinary and relevant fields. Oversea graduation is advantaged.
- Minimum 3-5 years in the same position and hold the working experiences in the “upscale to high” restaurants or hotels before.
- Fluent in English in all communication aspects. TOEIC score is beneficial.
- Able to manage the P&L of the outlet
- Able to management manpower, working roster and manning expenses. People Management is also the key to success.
- Able to manage the general store and inventory control
- Able to provide the reports as per command
- Able to provide strategic ideas and marketing campaigns with the Management Team in order to generate the revenue
- Able to solve the problem in daily operations and seek feedback to improve
- For Chef, the safety and healthy standard in the Kitchen is the key. The HACCP must be in place as the policy and procedures
