Job Descriptions
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and friendly manner, adhering to established scripts and guidelines. - Assist customers with a wide range of inquiries, including account balance inquiries, transaction history, product information, and general banking queries. - Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions, such as savings accounts, credit cards, loans, or investment opportunities. - Process customer requests, including address changes, statement requests, and account closures, while ensuring accuracy and compliance with banking regulations. - Resolve customer complaints or issues by providing prompt and effective solutions, escalating complex cases to the relevant department when necessary. - Stay up-to-date with the latest banking products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate and reliable information to customers. - Meet individual and team performance targets, such as call quality, customer satisfaction, and average handling time.
Qualifications
  1. จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ทุกสาขา
  2. มีใจรักงานบริการ สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้ดี
  3. มีทักษะการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (TOEIC score 650 up)
  4. มีประสบการณ์ในสายงาน Call Center, Customer Service
  5. สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้ (8 ชั่วโมง/วัน)
  6. หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านงานธนาคาร จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
