Job Descriptions
•Support mass production, SOP, New project and follow up OEE, scrap reduction, Productivity, Break down, Machine improvement and monitoring production process to meet quality, cost and output •Introduce new technique with special process knowledge •Develop and release new process together with local suppliers in Asia Pacific region •Capability measurement (Measurement & Test process, Machine, Production) •Review and revise for correction P-FMEA, Control plan with Eng. Staff, Error proofing development •Preparation of production documents and working standard •Cooperate with cross functional team, Quality activities of Manufacturing and Safety Activities (e.g. , FMEA line walk , 4M change management, 5S and 14Q) •MAE,Tooling,Parameters and document preparation for new model until SOP •Support 8D activity and Customer request by using Product-service system (PSS) •Support new model set up until SOP •Support audit from internal and External ITAF16949, ISO 14001 and Safety Audit
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Automotive Engineering or related field
  2. Minimum of 3-5 year experience in Automotive Manufacturing
  3. Good command in English
  4. Experience with automation line in Assembly process, Setting or Press-in or Leak test process
  5. Experience with multinational company would be an advantage
  6. Experience with new set-up line
  7. Proactive and able to work under pressure
