Job Descriptions
• Gathering business requirement from business user and work with technical team to translate them into technical requirement and specifications. • Develop System & Functional Request Specifications (SRS & FRS), test scripts, use cases, and user manual document, etc. • Perform testing according with business requirement. • Act as a coordinator between business user and development team. • Able to prioritize and manage his/her own workload.
Qualifications
  1. Have experience in gather requirements with user or customer on BA role at least 1 years
  2. Knowledge or Experience in IT & Telecommunication business industry is an advantage.
  3. Able to develop and update document in English and Thai.
  4. Strong analytical, problem solving, good attitude, high responsibility and good interpersonal skill.
  5. Able to work with team or independently, Self-motivated, and result-oriented.
  6. Able to deal and handle difficult situations and work under time constraints.
