Job Descriptions
1.ตั้งหนี้ Voucher ที่เป็นค่าใช้จ่ายประจำเดือนและค่าใช้จ่ายอื่นๆ(Account>Purchase Ledger>Post Invoice) เสร็จภายใน 1 วัน
2.ตรวจสอบ Repost ค่าคอมมิชชั่น Pre-owned warranty, สินค้า autoglym,Fenix,Ulgo,Selection,Teqeuipment,ฟิล์มกรองแสงรถยนต์(Casier>Daybook)เสร็จวันที่ 10 ของเดือน
3.ตรวจสอบรายงานค่าเบี้ยประกันภัยรถยนต์ และตั้งบัญชี และทำจ่ายให้โบรคเกอร์
4.คิด Cost อะไหล่ Bentley (ภายใน 1 วัน)
5.ออก Invoice เรียกเก็บและตั้งบัญชี
6.ตั้งบัญชี รายได้ ค่าใช้จ่ายและออก Invoice เรียกเก็บบริษัทต่างๆที่เช่ารถ AAR,ทำรายงานภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม,ภาษีเงินได้ ณ ที่จ่าย
7.จัดทำรายละเอียดประกอบงบการเงิน
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขา บัญชี
- สามารถใช้งานโปรแกรม MS Office พื้นฐานได้
- หากมีประสบการณ์จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- ยินดีรับเด็กจบใหม่
