Retail Sales Representative all kinds (theCOMMONS Thonglor) Working hours: 6 days a week with 1 day off Working hour: 10am - 7pm (lunch break at 1-2pm) Salary range: 18-20k / month (+ commission) Responsibilities: - Brand Storytelling - Represents all kinds and participating brands by presenting their stories, intentions, and core values. - Demonstrate a deep product knowledge and capable of giving expert advice to help potential customers make informed purchase decisions. - Sales & Customer Service - Provides service to all customers by determining their needs and recommends related products in a thoughtful and accurate manner. (Online and offline platforms) - Ensuring consistently memorable and inspiring experience for all all kinds visitors. - Actively collect customer feedback and relevant updates to share information with the team and participating brands. Operational Excellence: - Master on daily operations at point of sales and in-store activities. - Ensures the store and brand merchandising are always well organized. - Manages financial transactions and collects payment using the store POS system. - Monitors and manages inventory, including receiving, stocking, and replenishing merchandise. - Submit weekly and monthly sales and inventory reports.
