Job Descriptions
-Assist the workshop supervisor to complete production tasks, be responsible for the arrangement and allocation of employees, be responsible for the scheduling of employees, ensure timely mold change and increase machine utilization. -Participate in machine and mold debugging, assist QC to confirm the first article, improve work quality and yield. -Preparation of various technical data and materials before production, and check the quantity, model and quality of the materials used. Control of quality, material loss and production progress during production and placement of finished products after production. -Responsible for simple troubleshooting of machines and molds. -Solve the problems existing on the job site, file the unsolvable problems and report them to the workshop supervisor for processing.
Qualifications
  1. Working experience in injection molding industry for about 5 years.
  2. Familiar with the use of manipulators and simple mold maintenance is preferred.
  3. XXX hours work system.
  4. Age 30 - 45 years.
