Job Descriptions
1.To retain the existing clients and explore new opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
2.To coordinate with related departments after the project has been awarded, manage and follow up the project until its launch
3. To take notes and follow up with PICs on action items from the meeting
4. To be the representative of MOCAP to discuss any business issue with the client
5. To keep customer satisfaction of the company.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an Account Relationship Management role, Sales & Marketing, or related field.
- Experience in IT Solution Industry will be an advantage.
- Being a responsible, self-motivated, and logical-thinking person is impressive.
- Strong and professional presentation skills, good negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, and analysis skills.
- Pleasant personality, outgoing, service mind, and excellent oral communication.
- Able to work both independently and work as a team.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Thai.
- Computer literacy is essential.
