Job Descriptions
• ตรวจสอบและบันทึกรายการของรายได้เงินสดเข้าระบบ • ติดตามยอดเงินฝากธนาคารให้ทราบแหล่งที่มา • ตรวจสอบรายการของยอดเงินสดจากการขายจากสาขาและนำฝากเข้าธนาคาร พร้อมจัดเก็บเอกสาร • จัดทำหนังสือมอบอำนาจ ตรวจสอบหนังสือค้ำประกันธนาคาร และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวกับธนาคาร • ติดตามหนังสือค้ำประกันธนาคารที่ครบกำหนด • รวบรวมรายได้เงินสดรายสัปดาห์ เพื่อจัดทำรายงานสรุปรายได้ • งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีบัญชี, การเงิน, บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีประสบการณ์ทำงานอย่างน้อย 2 ปีด้าน Admin ประสานงาน Bank งานเอกสารหนังสือมอบอำนาจ , Bank guarantee
  3. มีประสบการณ์กระทบยอดเงินการขาย
  4. มีประสบการณ์ทำเอกสารธนาคาร (หนังสือมอบอำนาจ, Bank Guarantee)
  5. สามารถใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐานได้อย่างดี
  6. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ
